Sherry

I was wondering if you could help me with some information. Information that could also be extremely beneficial to your cause. I need to know how to get started with getting a new law passed through congress. The law is this... there needs to be a statued of limitations on minor offenses. You can fore close on a house and that comes off your record in 7 yrs, so why is it that something that you did under 21 still can stop you from being a productive member of society even 15 years later. There needs to be limitations of offenses that are committed under the age of 21. You are still at the age of innocense, living day to day and never stop to consider that your actions can affect your future. I was just wondering if you could give me some information that could point me in the right direction. Thank you
