The Panels that mandate insurance coverage for contraception, can just as easily mandate against it. Remember the Preventive Panel Task Forces recommendations on tighting mammography screening rules during the ObamaCare debates. What your really arguing here is placeing Women's bodies into the hands of the state and the myraid panels that will govern access to care. Careful what you ask for.
